Cancellation Policy

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 42 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Deposit/Prepayment Policy

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price in the 42 days before arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• One child under 6 years is charged EUR 15 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Internet

• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

• Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets

• Pets are not allowed. But do know we have cat(s) at our house.

Payment

• Contant/Cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club or UnionPay), or PIN.

We strongly recommend to get a personal travel insurance, that will provide adequate cover during your stay and will also compensate you if you need to cancel or cannot meet your obligations regarding your booked accommodations.
